A concept design for a tight beach front block in Opossum Bay, stacked over 3 levels.

The site is too tight to allow for a habitable building given the lack of servicing infrastructure.

The beach access level replaces an existing boathouse, doubling up as a day-use space, with the middle level providing a shower platform. The street level building is an open plan studio / storage area with views over the bay.
